I went with my family for the open buffet Iftar, it was such an amazing experience, staff and owner were very kind, generous, and smiley.
Food extremly delicious, me and my family enjoyed it a lot.
Prices were very convenient for such amount food we have eaten and an open buffet in general.
In addition my children have gotten free chicken nuggets and other snacks all was free of charge.
Even though restaurant was full but organization and hosting was 9/10
I would definitely come back with my friends this month for the open buffet and even after Ramadan.

Great food and service. Lamb haneeth was so tender. The chicken shawarma was very tasty and the desserts are amazing. We will definitely return.

Their chicken haneeth is fantastic! This is my favorite local Lebanese restaurant. You can’t go wrong with the kababs and gyros. I highly recommend it.

Just off a college campus in central Connecticut you’ll find this little gem tucked away in a corner plaza. Our hosts were very nice and served some delicious authentic cooking from the Beirut area.
Very generous portions of lamb and cauliflower are worth checking out.

My first time trying Lebanese food. The best. Ever. Huge portions, relatively cheap. Tons of vegetarian options. The nicest people, gave us delicious falafel to try for free. Don’t understand why the place wasn’t packed. Phenomenal 100/10
Vegetarian options: Cauliflower shawarma OUT OF THIS WORLD absolutely incredible

I recently visited Beirut Bites with a party of 14 people. We were given a private room to eat in. The food was extremely delicious, particularly the wonderfully tender lamb & chicken haneeth, which I (along with most members of my party, including preschool-age children) ate happily. The portions were quite sufficient, and the service was wonderful, with someone often checking in with us. For a large family with children, this restaurant was wonderful. We will definitely be visiting again!

Nice little hole in a wall type of place. Food is delicious.
We had Lamb Haneeth the lamb falls off the bone tender and juicy as well as chicken/beef/lamb shawarmas to go. Presentation and flavor are great. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Hands down the best middle eastern restaurant in the CT area. Everything feels wholesome and fresh. Friendly and welcoming, good value.

CCSU’s Hidden Oasis. Absolutely wonderful food; shawarma, falafel, kibbeh, kababs, and haneeth, beef, chicken, lamb with a salmon kabab and a children’s menu. The spices will delight and the staff is very helpful and friendly. You’ll need to bring your caravan to the back of the plaza (behind D&D’s and Dom’s) to find this hidden gem and it is worth the trip.

The lamb and the chicken haneeth was SO good! And the baklava is out of this world. The owner is so nice as well! The food is so good that I actually went back to pick up food 2 different times the first day I ate there. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

I came here last night for dinner with a friend. The portions were large and the food was incredible. One of the best lamb shanks I have ever had. They were very friendly and welcoming as well. After our meal they brought us out tea and dessert without us even requesting it. I recommend trying this place if you are looking to eat out and enjoy an authentic and fresh meal.

Wonderful customer service and fabulous food. I had the falafel and chicken shawarma both were absolutely delicious. The dipping sauces that come with the meal compliment the food wonderfully, beware the spicy is really spicy, the portion sizes were huge, it was enough for 2 meals. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Superb food, the owner and staff was very nice and helpful. 10/10

Dalal is the owner and the cook. Her passion is cooking. She used to ask the customers about their favorite dishes and welcome any feedback, so that she always has new dishes and new goodies for her customers. I haven’t met a hard worker woman who takes care of every single detail as she does. Her place is a truly Little, Hidden Gem in New Britain that you really need to try.
~Reham A.
My favorite Lebanese/Mediterranean restaurant. I could eat here every day. Dalal and her staff make food with love and beautiful flavors! I always send people here. The lamb haneeth is the best lamb I’ve ever had, in my life. I’ve also had the chicken haneeth (fabulous), chicken kebab sandwich (amazing), baba ganouj (perfection), kibbeh, hummus, harira soup, fatoush, tabouli, basbousa, baklava, and more. Everything on this menu is delicious! A hidden gem of New Britain. You NEED to eat here. You can thank me later. 😉

I have been to Beirut Bites a half dozen times. Each time I have been wowed by their mastery of Lebanese dishes. I have had chicken, lamb, and beef meals, each one with the meat cooked just right, tender and full of flavor.
Additionally, Beirut Bites does something that I’ve never seen any other restaurant do: they remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Why is this so important? It is an Italian tradition to remove the seeds from the tomatoes to take away the bitter taste. I’ve never seen an American-based restaurant do this, except Beirut Bites. Least to say, their salads are outstanding, and are possibly as good as their meats.
Their rice is a combination of al dente and soft, giving the best of both worlds to customers.
Still, the most outstanding item I ever had (six stars out of five if it were possible!) was the chicken shawarma. I come from NY and I’ve had a lot of different types of food, but this chicken shawarma is just spectacular.
The garlic sauce is so good that I would place it above any other sauce I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to a LOT of restaurants in my time; being from NY and all). The sauce is almost the consistency of custard, but is light, semi-sweet with a cooling aftertaste.
I must also mention that the Lebanese sodas are so refreshing and thirst-quenching that I’ve tried every flavor of both brands available.
If you’re ever in New Britain, Beirut Bites is a must try experience. 5 stars!
P.S., I’ve always meant to take a picture of the food, but it always seems to disappear before the thought enters my mind. Yum!
